Snowing In The Tropics?

It started raining heavily all of a sudden. Just next to me at my office, I saw this scene and I could not resist taking a picture!

Does it look like it is snowing here, or what?

 

Of course, it cannot be seen clearly, but if you like, click on the picture to enlarge it. You should be able to see the raindrops that look a lot like icicles at the end.

 

This is one phenomenon of nature that one can never see here!
